Neil McCaffrey is a Consulting Director in EQuest Consulting.   Neil has over 20 years professional experience as a Chartered Accountant across a variety of industries, of which the last 16 years have been spent in management consulting in Africa, Asia and Europe.

His current focus is the planning for, creation of and review of Program and Project Management Offices together with Health Checks of large complex projects.

Neil’s previous positions include Consulting Director, Fujitsu Consulting; Vice President, Gartner; Manager, A.T. Kearney; Manager KPMG Management Consulting. He has also been a part time lecturer supporting Masters programs at Southern Cross University and Macquarie University

Neil has a dual special honours degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and is a member of PMI and the IIBA.
