Paul Miley is a director of Cadenz, a specialist consultancy and recruitment professional services firm.    Paul draws his experience from working for some of Queensland's and Australia's largest companies including the Australian Stock Exchange, Ergon Energy, MBF Australia, and Telstra.

Paul’s consulting assignments have included establishment of program offices; project management of change, business and IT projects; facilitation; and strategic and business planning.   Additionally, Paul’s diverse career includes exposure to industries and professions such as law, telecommunications, Government, and the financial industry.

Paul has a Bachelor of Business Management (QUT) and a Post Grad in Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.  He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Institute of Project Management and the Securities Institute of Australia.

As a senior manager and as a principal of his own consulting practice, Paul has recruited for a large number of roles and positions across a number of industries and within his own firm.
