The PMP/CAPM 2009 Round 1 Study Group Program will commence early in the new year.  The study groups take place on Thursdays from 5.30pm – 7pm (venues to be confirmed).

2009 Round of Study Groups and Exams

PMI Queensland Chapter is hosting two rounds of PMP Study Groups this year, as preparation for examinations to be held in Brisbane. For Round 1 Study Group, the date booked is 27 Jun 09 and for Round 2 it is booked for 12 Dec 09.

For those studying at their own pace, there are also exams booked for 21 Mar 09 and 26 Sep 09. 

The Study Group schedule covers the nine knowledge areas of the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) plus Professional Responsibility, and some quiz and revision sessions.  The Study Group thus proceeds over 13 weeks, plus any breaks for holiday or other purposes.  Study Group attendance contributes toward the 35 formal tuition hours required for eligibility for the examination.

Because the Study Groups are a PMI Qld Chapter initiative, supported and coached by Qld Chapter PMPs, the Study Group attendance is offered only to members of the PMI Qld Chapter.
